On Tuesday, seven College of William & Mary students stopped by Heritage Humane Society to volunteer as part of the College’s annual SHOW Day — a day of service for new students.

Virginia Gazette reporter Ryan McKinnon swung by the shelter to speak with some of the students volunteering at Heritage Humane Society. McKinnon spoke with 19-year-old sophomores Brittany Purcell and Lauren Sport, who were helping clean cat cages.

Heritage Humane Society extends a great deal of thanks to the William & Mary students who chose to volunteer on Tuesday as part of SHOW Day.
